Already more than 38 years ago, Brigitte Skiba has set standards in the brokering of real estates – and it has remained so. Since 2008, Dominik Skiba has continued the family business and it tradition. Together, mother and son, have established Immobilien Skiba in the Eifel and made it known beyond the national borders.

Today, Immobilien Skiba is located on the churchsquare in Adenau and assists you as a reliable partner with advice and action. Real Estate Skiba is active in the Hocheifel / Nürburgring area and within a radius of around 20 km. With expertise and a view of the essentials, the broker office presents its offers regionally and in the conurbation areas Bonn, Cologne and Düsseldorf. Due to the high demand from Holland and England, Real Estate Skiba also cooperates with a Dutch and British Internet portal.

The market presence on all leading Internet platforms is just as self-evident for Immobilien Skiba as the personal contact to the customer and a strong regional network.

Immobilien Skiba – our history

• On January 1, 1978, Brigitte Skiba, as a franchise partner of Stadler & Co. Immobilien GmbH, took over the real estate office of Mr. Paul Puschke in Adenau.
• From 1989 onwards, Immobilien Skiba is member of the German RDM (Association of German Estate Agents), today’s IVD (Real Estate Association of Germany).
• The enthusiasm of the mother for the real estate business is transferred to the son, and so Dominik Skiba will become co-owner of the company.
• In 2009, the Skiba GbR real estate will acquire new business premises on the churchsquare in Adenau. In the same year, Eva Lieberwirth (Fall) completed the team.
• 2014 The first trainee, was hired as a real estate agent.
• 2015 Dominik Skiba is now running the brokerage office as an individual company
